Padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in Britain, and Padel Tree is one of the brands driving it, with six thriving clubs across North London and the Home Counties: Finchley, Whyteleafe, Bushey, Arkley, Broxbourne and Harlow. Since the summer, 9495 Creative has been the club’s social media video partner, producing a full month of Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts for every club, every month, and delivering the lot in the first week of the following month.
This is how we do it, and why it works so well for multi-site brands.

The challenge: six clubs, one brand, no shortcuts
Most multi-site businesses post the same clip to every account and hope nobody notices. Members always notice. A Finchley regular has little interest in a court in Harlow. Yet sending six separate crews to six locations is expensive, slow and rarely consistent.
Padel Tree wanted every club to feel local and every post to feel like one brand. Our answer was a single, properly organised production system: one crew, one shot list, one edit style and six distinct flavours.

How a month of social content comes together
Plan the route
We map the six clubs into two efficient filming days, timed for peak sessions so the courts are busy and the energy is genuine. Each club gets a short list of must-have shots: the entrance, the courts from above, a proper rally, a coaching moment and a member’s reaction.
Film it properly
Drone for the establishing shots, gimbal for the rallies, a second camera for faces. Everything is filmed vertical first, because this content lives on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, not on a television.

Edit to one standard
Every clip is cut centrally to the same house style: quick rallies, real on-court sound, captions for silent viewing, and the club name on screen within the first second. Members can tell which club they are watching before the first shot lands.
Deliver in the first week, every month
By the first week of each month, every club has its own finished set of Reels and Shorts plus a posting plan. No chasing, no delays. It is the part clients tend to mention first when they recommend us.

Why it works
- Real members, real courts. No stock footage, no actors. People share content they appear in.
- Location on screen from the first second. The cheapest and most effective local signal there is.
- One style across all six clubs. The brand reads as one company while every club looks like itself.
- Vertical by design. Framed for phones at the point of filming, never cropped afterwards.
- A growing library. Every month adds clips the clubs reuse for launches, offers and recruitment.
- Reliable delivery. First week of the month, every month.
What any multi-site business can borrow from this
- Shoot once, cut per location. Never send the same clip everywhere.
- Batch the filming days. Two planned days beat six unplanned ones.
- Write the shot list before the shoot. Consistency comes from the list.
- Put the location on screen. It costs nothing and does the most.
- Agree a delivery date and keep it. Reliability is a feature.
Running a restaurant group, a gym chain or a set of coffee shops across London? The same system applies. See how we work on our social media management for London businesses page, or read the by besté branding case study for the brand side of what we do.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you deliver monthly social content?
Every month’s content is filmed, edited and delivered in the first week of the following month, without fail. Padel Tree has never waited on us.
Can one crew really cover six padel clubs?
Yes, and rather well. We plan the route, film to one shot list and edit centrally, so Finchley and Harlow receive the same standard in the same week.
Do you post the content as well as produce it?
Both, as you prefer. Some clients take a monthly library of finished Reels and Shorts; others have us run the accounts. Padel Tree receives the library and a posting plan.
Do you work with sports clubs, gyms and hospitality venues across London?
We do. The same system serves restaurant groups, coffee shops, gyms and clubs anywhere in London and the Home Counties.
