This Privacy Policy describes how 9495 Creative ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through 9495 Social Manager — a social media management platform that enables businesses to schedule and publish content to their Instagram and Facebook accounts.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and business name provided during onboarding.
• Meta Account Data: Instagram Business and Facebook Page identifiers, profile information, and access tokens obtained via OAuth2 authorization.
• Content Data: Posts, images, videos, captions, and scheduled publication times you upload through our platform.
• Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and interactions with our service for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Publishing and scheduling content to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Authenticating and maintaining secure connections to Meta platforms via OAuth2.
• Sending notifications about post status and account activity.
• Ensuring platform security and preventing unauthorized access.
• Improving our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Meta Platform Permissions

9495 Social Manager requests the following permissions from the Meta platform to operate:

• instagram_business_basic
• instagram_business_content_publish
• pages_show_list
• pages_manage_posts
• pages_read_engagement
• business_management

These permissions allow us to read your business profile information and publish content on your behalf. We do not access private messages, personal profiles, or any data beyond what is needed for content publishing.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Meta Platforms: To publish content on your behalf via the Meta Graph API.
• Hosting Providers: Infrastructure providers who store data under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Storage & Security

• All access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• All data transmissions are secured via HTTPS/TLS.
• Access to stored credentials is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are performed.

7. Data Retention

• Access Tokens: Refreshed automatically every 60 days; deleted upon account disconnection.
• Scheduled Content: Retained for 90 days after publication, then automatically deleted.
• Account Data: Retained until account deletion is requested.

8. Your Rights

9. Data Deletion

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all access tokens and Meta connections within 24 hours, and delete all content records within 7 days. Email us at info@9495creative.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". You may also revoke access directly via Facebook App Settings.
