This Privacy Policy describes how 9495 Creative ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through 9495 Social Manager — a social media management platform that enables businesses to schedule and publish content to their Instagram and Facebook accounts.
By using 9495 Social Manager, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Your name, email address, and business name provided during onboarding.
Meta Account Data: Instagram Business and Facebook Page identifiers, profile information, and access tokens obtained via OAuth2 authorization.
Content Data: Posts, images, videos, captions, and scheduled publication times you upload through our platform.
Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and interactions with our service for security and performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
Publishing and scheduling content to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Authenticating and maintaining secure connections to Meta platforms via OAuth2.
Sending notifications about post status and account activity.
Ensuring platform security and preventing unauthorized access.
Improving our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
4. Meta Platform Permissions
9495 Social Manager requests the following permissions from the Meta platform to operate:
instagram_business_basic
instagram_business_content_publish
pages_show_list
pages_manage_posts
pages_read_engagement
business_management
These permissions allow us to read your business profile information and publish content on your behalf. We do not access private messages, personal profiles, or any data beyond what is needed for content publishing.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Meta Platforms: To publish content on your behalf via the Meta Graph API.
Hosting Providers: Infrastructure providers who store data under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Data Storage & Security
All access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
All data transmissions are secured via HTTPS/TLS.
Access to stored credentials is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are performed.
While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong, unique passwords.
7. Data Retention
Access Tokens: Refreshed automatically every 60 days; deleted upon account disconnection.
Scheduled Content: Retained for 90 days after publication, then automatically deleted.
Account Data: Retained until account deletion is requested.
8. Your Rights
You have the rights of Access, Correction, Deletion, Portability, and Revocation of Meta permissions. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@9495creative.com.
9. Data Deletion
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all access tokens and Meta connections within 24 hours, and delete all content records within 7 days. Email us at info@9495creative.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". You may also revoke access directly via Facebook App Settings.
When you visit 9495creative.com (including our blog), we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies. You can accept or decline, and change your choice at any time using the Cookies link in the footer. Declining does not restrict your access to any part of the site.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, how you reached the site, and clicks on our contact links, email address and phone number. IP addresses are anonymised. This data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC.
Advertising (Meta Pixel). Only if you also tick "Also allow advertising cookies (Meta)", we load the Meta Pixel. It sends Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd information such as the pages you visit on our site, your browser and device details, your IP address, and when you click to contact us. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to measure our advertising and to show our work to people who have visited our site, or people similar to them, on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Legal basis and retention. We rely on your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and PECR) for analytics and advertising cookies. Your choice is remembered for 6 months. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months; the Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp) lasts up to 90 days. If you withdraw consent, we stop collecting data and delete these cookies from your browser.
Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete this data, or object to its use, by emailing info@9495creative.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We never sell your personal data.
